Markos Moulitsas Can't Be Let Off Hook for Major Flaw and Lloyd Lachow
For over two years, Markos allowed a group of thugs led by MajorFlaw and bottles/condoleaser but assisted by users trashablanca, mbnyc, bouwerie boy and about 15-20 others to systematically bully thousands of ordinary Daily Kos users from the website by engaging in the online version of Lord of the Flies, Survivor, the Milgram studies, the Stanford Prison Experiment, Animal Farm, and 1984 all rolled into one. The playing field of community moderation at Daily Kos was knowingly rigged by Kos himself, Barbara Morrill, Laura Clawson, and ScoutFinch whenever people spoke out against the abuses of these users. The abuses of these users included threatening people's children, threatening to email DailyKos links to their workplaces, investigating the families of Daily Kos users, and frequently posting drips of real life information at Daily Kos about users they had qualms with.
This is not a case where Moulitsas was insolent and only learned about the wrongdoing when it was discovered that MajorFlaw and Bottles outed at least their 6th person at Daily Kos by linking to pornographic pictures of a user in retaliation for that user uprating a comment by another user named 4kedtongue. Barring further actions and restitution, the only reason Moulitsas would be banning them is because the damage of permitting users who post porn of other users far outweighs Moulitsas' apparent joy in watching his Kos Kops bully others. The fact that one of the outers is Lloyd Lachow, who lost his license to practice being a chiropractor in Colorado, when according to that state's highest Court, Lachow grabbed a patients breasts, thrust her into his area and then violently shook her head back and forth. For two years, Kos was aware of Lachow's past but never acted on it.
If Moulitsas is serious, then banning Majorflaw and bottles is only a first step. There are four more things he needs to do.
2 - He must ban the core Ugoglie users. Trashablanca uprated the outing and MBNYC cheered as well. For fairness purposes sberel uprated the outing and must go to. Bouwerie Boy is the next one. There are others who deserve to be banned as well in my personal view but simply banning these four solves the problem. And the ban must be permanent. Under no circumstances can these 6 creeps ever be allowed back at the site under any name.
3. Barbara Morrill aka BarbInMD should be fired. It was her negligence and stupidity in enabling these Kos Kops that allowed them to do what they did. If Kos is serious, Barb must go. I'd also argue that Laura Clawson should be banned from DailyKos for her role in enabling the Kos Kops. At a bare minimum she should no longer be a front pager and should not be seen as speaking for the site. The same goes for Scout Finch. As for dhinmi, he may not be heavily involved in ugog but he outed Bob Brigham back in 2007 and still hasn't been banned for this. Besides, most Daily Kos users hates Dana so here's Kos' opportunity.
4. A front page apology and article should be issued to the thousands of people wrongly smeared and driven from the site by the Kos Kops. If Kos is serious and not just trying to save his hide here from the porn outing, then he'll apologize. It's something he's never done in his life before but he needs to figure out how to do it. Hire someone to write the words as necessary.
5. Every single person wrongly banned or pushed to banning by this group of Kos Kops should be reinstated within 7 days. Go through the wrongly banned one by one and simply reinstate them. That includes cometman, number5, irbreckenripple, jackssmirkingrevenge, scoopster, Randgrithr, and plenty of other names include my nom de plume. (Even if reinstated I don't know if I'd ever post there again and would really have to take some time and think about it but if I posted there, I'd understand that my meta doesn't get brought to the site. Given my other work they'd probably have to pay me and my idea would be to have me write a detailed meta summary of what the rules should be, specifying what is and what is not TRable, trying to create full civility at the site while doing it diplomatically and the work would be that of a payment, and kinder and gentler ways to inform people when they have a bad day.)

Let us be under no illusions here. While posting real life outing information at Daily Kos should get you banned and while linking to pornography at Daily Kos should get you banned, and while linking to real life outing information that is pornography should get you banned, the reason why they are being banned is because of the nightmarish public relations disaster that would follow. Fox News and CNN would love this stuff.
The posting of the Colorado Supreme Court's description of Lloyd Lachow factors in as well. All I have to do is read what the Court said word for word and it's a disaster for Markos.
Banning them is his only option. When this gets out, he'll claim he banned them and then spin away other stuff. But he protected them for so long despite thousands of warnings. If Kos wants to further minimize damage then banning trashablanca, mbnyc, and bouwerie boy is a must. If he wants to get closer to exculpation, he fires barbara morrill and demotes clawson and bruenjes.
I don't know what Fingerit and Lachow are going to do with their lives now that they can't post there. If they try surfacing elsewhere, hundreds of us we'll be all over them like white on rice.
It's also so funny watching trashablanca. He's just like that guard in Shawshank redemption. The moment the warden is going down, he starts squealing and crying like a pig. Hey, trashablanca uprated the pornographic outing so he must go too.
The damage has long been done though. Kos let these people destroy the site for too long. Everything I said was so so right for so so long. That's because I can see the forest, not just the trees in front of me.

All of us, yourself included, deserve credit.
We kept at it with truth and documentation. We had a plan, we stuck to it. We took inordinate amounts of abuse but kept persevering. We would called lots of nasty names and were undeterred. We had lots of people try to silence us but we would not be silence. How could we take on this Goliath and prevail? Simple. We knew the truth would prevail in the end.
The constant exposure to what was going on put the spotlight on them. Other users at Daily Kos gradually got the courage to take these people on. People could link here, link elsewhere, read all sides, and figure out who was telling the truth.
The exposing of these people's real life info played a role. No longer could their pasts be hidden.
In the past their outings would get swept under the rug. This outing was different. A whole bunch of websites made it very public, very quickly. (First time). This outing involved pornography. If Kos didn't act, Fox News and CNN would have been all over this. (They still might but Kos has a way to try and spin out of it.)
It should be interesting what happens next. I don't think Lachow or Fingerit are going to be getting much sleep this weekend.

I still don't know how to post a diary here. The Ayn Randians went through all this in 1968 or so and still haven't gotten over it. I'd like to write about that as I was on the edge of the vortex at that time.

Seriously I don't think Michael J Fingerit is going to get any sleep this week. The only thing he lived for has now been taken from him.
The banning here is not just b/c of the outing (Heck they've done that 5 other times) it's the outing with the link to the pornography. That's one mistake Kos could not cover up for.
I would certainly hope that trashablanca the ratings abuse uprater is banned by the weekend along with Mbnyc and bouwerie boy.

Trash and My Boner Needs Your Colon are the ones that I think really need to go. If they don't it really shows that Kos has a deficiency in his ability to figure out what is right and wrong on a personal level. I am OK with Laura and Barbara, because there are people like them in just about every company and they have value to an organization. But Trash and My Balls do not have value that recoups the loss, particularly at the community level. What Kos hasn't figure out yet is just how much Damage they are creating to his brand. Brands are maintained at the personal level.

God this whole thing makes me ill. (Not you DFQ, but what you documented.) I'm a regular poster over DK and only started reading about this in the past week. I'm horrified and sickened that this was allowed to continue for so long and it honestly it makes me sick. I don't think I've ever read anything as twisted and effed up as what they were doing. And it just makes me really realy sad. I'm going to email Barb and a few others. They know my name. I want full assurance that no one has to be afraid for their jobs or reputations by posting on DK. And I want them to apologize to the community and to people like me who post from work and read from work. I can't believe how damn stupid I was.
I've annoyed MFlaw. I never dreamed that he and TB et al al. would retaliate like this in such a vicious manner. My god. What the hell is wrong with the admins at DK to to allow this shit to go on????????? I am fuming now.

Kos said many moons ago that it was up to the trusted users to get rid of M.F.
Unfortunately M.F. had set up a system to protect himself. M.F. had a gang of goons for protection. I myself do not think Kos liked what the gang of goons was doing, but he had set up the community moderation system.

Are they banned or not? I haven't posted at kos in a while because it is quite simply LAME now, and this meta bullshit is just idiotic. I probably feel more that way since DFQ has revealed who these idiots really are, but there just isn't much there anymore.

The two of them posted some very bad stuff on DKos, that post was wiped from the site,for a post to be removed from the site means that the item went far beyond what was acceptable to the people in charge. Someone or someones said that can not be on this site. It was not just sent into the hidden comments section of the site.
What they posted was nude photos of another site user. They outed another site user and posted nude photos of the same.
M.F. thought he was untouchable, he thought he could be the top cop and he screwed up one to many times and he screwed up big. I hope to never see anything from him on DKos again. I hope his goon gang goes away as well. I hope the people who were hunted off of the site by the goon gang will now return.
If somehow M.F. returns to DKos after this 3 days of being gone, I am sure many people will be incredibly unhappy.
If M.F. returns to DKos I think he will come back to a site that will ban him with hide rates. I know that I will hide rate on sight every time I see him post until I run out of hide rates everyday.

There is no new day to ever dawn. Markos Zuniga is corrupt to the core. I was getting beat on in real time with my diary. I wrote to every admin to check out my posts that had been unfairly hidden. Not one of them did their job. The verdict is in. The place is rigged.
"Noone" and others just don't get it. MajorFlaw is just a username. If people don't think he and others have tons of sock puppets to again insidiously pervert political dialogue, they are either disinfo themselves or incredibly naive. And who wants to go back to a place if they have to be a zombie? There's no justice to that.
I already see suspicious usernames at the FreeSpeechZone. One is supposedly anti neo-nazi, but he has a made up word crapitalism in his name. There are loud mouth {paid?} trolls who like to refer to democrappers. Then you have the Jew haters at FSZ. It is all noisy, loud, controlled opposition and convolution, imho.
I think this whole MajorFlaw thing was actually planned out.
The only hitch was that Dave has said enough is enough, and that these people need to face the music in real life, that this is a real story to be publicized.

Hi, nothing personal. I believe DailyKos is corrupt to the core. Thus, I don't think it can be rebuilt, ever. There is something in propaganda referred to as card stacking. That's happened with me. The cards were stacked against the voices who believe that the Connell story was a Leopold-type hoax.
When my diary was about Brett Kimberlin, it shouldn't have been perverted into being about me stalking Larisa Alexandrovna, a ludicrous claim. Am I as one of MajorFlaw's victims going to be allowed back in?
The M.F. thing was all created by Fingerit. The others have real names too. And now we see that the smear job is in full operation against Dave. I don't think FSZone is the answer. It's too noisy. Too many diversions.

I know that when DFQ left, the attacks had become just bizarre. I missed them in real time but when I went back to read them, it seemed unreal to me that they were allowed to happen. Or that they even took place.
I still do not understand why that was allowed to escalate. I think Dave is right that they had no life outside the comments threads of dkos. MajorFlaw didn't even write a single diary. What made him think his two sentence observations were so important? Why did admin think so?

Yeah, I looked at MajorFlaw's posts many days before ever hearing about the vigilante website.
No diaries. All troll this, troll that, you p.o.s., donuts and whatnot.
Which makes me wonder whether that MF domain was planned to eventually be exposed.
How difficult was it for that place to be found? I have a small forum. I could snap my fingers and make it hidden to everyone but members. Why didn't they do that?
Maybe they wouldn't have come out with the scrub brush, if Dave hadn't started outing real names.
I doubt that was just a hobby for them.

此外，飞机上乘坐空间很小，身体长时间不能自由伸展，很容易出现双腿浮肿、肩背疲惫不堪等不适。这时可以给自己的四肢和面部做做按摩，促进全身血液循环。脸上重点按摩的地方是太阳穴、眉骨、眉头和眼睛周围。如今，在一些超过3小时的航段上，空姐会带动乘客做一些简单的活动和按摩，做后确实感到身体放松了许多。
如果你能不受任何干扰的影响，还有一大有益身体健康的事情就是尽情睡觉了。如果难以入眠，可以通过读书寻求平静，这样也许一会儿就产生睡意了。
