That wouldn't bother me. With some exceptions these are folks I handled easily in the past. I guess the assumption is that without the use of TRs I'd be helpless but that notion would dissipate quickly. I can stand the heat anywhere. The most likely result is that dave would show up and earn his last strike within the hour.

Wouldn't put it past him to do the same at your joint. (parenthesis here are mine. You were wrong big time. Never sockpuppeted there, no blaze of glory. Actually Jack was brilliant to ban me. Um, no. I didn't have all that info to give to him or anyone. If MB has it it's because he found it on his own. And he didn't even share it with me--you just did. Do you understand the issue here? I was able to laugh when dave described me as one of the top ten political consultants in NYC because it was blatantly untrue. MB isn't one of the top ten but he's prolly one of the top hundred. Unlike me he actually does get paid for doing work on behalf of campaigns. And someone is spoofing his name and discrediting him at your site. My problem is a psychopathic stalker but this could actually cost him money. I'm not happy with the way he chose to handle it--and you'd better believe it's gonna be discussed--but I do understand why he felt the need to protect his reputation.

Maybe it was accidental/blind luck, maybe he thought it out but here's the bottom line.
1. Everything I've said has proven to be right. I said they made a deal, they did.
2. The person viewed as their biggest threat to exposing them and Daily Kos was me. They wanted me silenced.
3. So with me gone from FSZ, I took it well even though I knew it was unfair, BS, etc... No sockpuppets, no blaze of glory, no outings of FSZ members nor will they ever be that. Flaw projected himself onto me. Big miscalculation.
4. Now as we knew weeks ago, MajorFlaw was going to continue gathering people's personal info and deciminate it to his ugoglies. Flaw's a bully, he knows only one language, you kick his proverbial ass good and keep kicking it.
5. So it comes out that he and his ugoglies were stilling doing the same shit. Guess what? Can't blame it on me this time despite Kestrel's two recent attempts to switch the subject from Ugog to me. I played by the same rules I've said I was playing by the entire time.
BTW I don't know Jack's real name unless something posted at Ugog weeks back was true. There are certain databases that lawyer's have access to. I only access them if for a legal purpose. (i.e. a potential lawsuit against someone, research, location to serve papers, etc...)
How did I find out the name of Fingerit and every other Kos Kop thus far? Simple - good research of past daily Kos comments, an ability to put pieces of a puzzle together, and google.
I get the sense that Fingerit used some databases he wasn't supposed to to find out some information he shouldn't have. The Nassau County Bar is a nice building, I was there for CLE a couple of weeks ago. Right off Old Country Road by West Street just west of the court houses. Even have their own parking for visitors.

Dave. It might be a good idea to reach out to Jack if you can if he'll accept through email to reassure him in any way about those two jackels threatening him with legal speak. You're in the same state AFAIK. The poor kid is terrified. Think of what kind of people you had to deal with when you were 24 and consider how he'd be shaking in his boots. Fucking bullies.

That's a very tough pickle because I can't be in the business of giving legal advice over the Internet.
Let me start with this. Jack is 24. I'm trying to see things from his perspective. He's a kid for all intensive purposes. He got put into a very difficult situation, one most 24 year olds can't handle and one I couldn't handle at 24.
Now the selfish part of me can look at his emails and confirm the knowledge that I got screwed exactly as I said I was being screwed several weeks ago. Forget about the selfish part. I think the bigger issues here about the bullying is far more important than my perceived hurt feelings. So you can let him know all is forgiven and I hold no grudge or ill bearing.
The email threats could be actionable. The letters to user C about threatening criminal action while representing oneself as a lawyer could definitely be actionable. Page 65 of the diaries with Bamra where he's threatening a litigant online definitely could be actionable. What kind of lawyer threatens the litigant of an action with harm like that on the Internet? Apparently Michael Fingerit is the first. And imagine the client? I don't know the merits of the case but I do know that doesn't help.
My problem is that as an attorney, I have several potential conflict of interest here and that is why I can't get involved in either an official or advisory capacity.
I understand we are all dealing with some sickos here. These Ugoglies are sick, sick people and Markos Moulitsas burdens much of the blame for this. Now with additional ugoglie behavior exposed, Moulitsas could go a long way toward fixing the mess he helped create by banning them all, publicly apologizing to all of you and acknowledging his wrongdoing, and clearly define those FAQs for people. However I won't hold my breath. Markos is enjoying this sick crap because he's the head of the snake, not Fingerit.

In some diary today Marcos wrote that understanding Parlarmentary Rules, e.g. being fair in a debate, is "shit". I've yet to be impressed with, other than what his desire for control leads him to, his understanding of how to deal with other people when he disagrees with them. I hope my children get a better grasp of that social skill than him at least by the time they get past middle school.

You can let everybody over at FSZ know the following:
1. The only two nics I ever had there was MajorFlaud and Davefromqueens.
2. While I have no comment on conservodem, the only nics I've had at Daily Kos in the last 30 months are davefromqueens and deepbottomfisher.
3. FSZ and DFQ are two entirely separate entities. There are people who like both, who hate both, who like one but not the other. So be it.
4. I'm not in the outing business other than exposing the Kos Kops and adminstrators who support the outing of people and their families. In my view, anyone supporting the Daily Kos ugoglies at this point deserves to have their real name and real life identity exposed.
5. I figured that a couple of people would try baiting me hoping that I would out them merely for disliking me at FSZ. Specifically, there are 4 individuals I can think of. Here's the truth - See #4 - No matter what they did, I wasn't outing anything, investigating anything, etc... (Although in 2 of those 4 cases I'd be justified)
6. Kos's address and town is in the public domain put out there by Kos. Elisa is the one with the big mouth at Mother Talkers and she acknowledges who her "DH" is. No outings here. If you piece it together, and it really only takes less than 5 minutes to do so, you can know exactly what church she goes to, where they shop, what's happening on their street, etc... If someone wants revenge on them and plans to do something illegal, Elisa provides all the information on how to do it. Have I listed her maiden name? Nope.
7. On the subject of outings, BArbinMD has no right to complain. She posted her child's name and ages at DailyKos on Saturday. Anybody with half my IQ could do two googles and find out where her youngest goes to high school, where her oldest goes to college, and where Barb lives. Now if I was actually sick like MajorFlaw, Bottles, trashablanca or Bouldin, I wouldn't want to be Barb's 18 year old daughter given that her picture is on the web. But I'm not and that's a good thing for everybody.
