Donkeytail/DogFu**ker Was UGOGER Trashablanca at FSZ
A few days ago, DFQ was accused of being donkeytail by the "Free Speech Zone" crowd. Then a user named "dogfu**cker" reposted some sick bestiality diary and appeared to be the sockpuppet of donkeytail.
Now I told people the truth about FSZ. I was MajorFlaud and told Jack that on day one, something Jack confirmed openly. I was also davefromqueens and never another name. Yet I was blamed for being donkeytail and others.
Someone at FSZ caught on and suggested that these sockpuppets were actually coming from UGOG and that their goal was to try and pretend to be me with the sole purpose of trying to discredit me. (Keep trying ugogers, basically their argument has come down to "he's fat so don't believe a word he says." So Jack checked the reverse addresses and lo and behold, the sockpuppets came from ugog. (Hint - they have other nics there as well) Once again, DFQ tells the truth as he is surrounded by hypocrites.
The same effort was made to discredit me at Daily Kos in the last few months as I was accused of being about 75 different sockpuppets and posting every offensive and nutty diary or comment that ended up there. Again I'll suggest that perhaps some of those people were actually UGOGers who were pretending to be me. Now why did they have to try and discredit me? Simple, if the truth I am reporting about DailyKos goes mainstream, Daily Kos goes out of business. So let's review the history.
Back on October 6, 2008 I made serious allegations about Daily Kos about how the site owner endorsed a group of sickos I call Kos Kops who go around outing people's real names, threatening their families, threatening their jobs and livelihoods, attacking children and bring people's little kid's into the meta wars, and how the site is a gatekeeper site where people are systematically banned by an organized group of thugs even though the users break no rules. I further pointed out that there are two sets of rules at Daily Kos, that the Kos Kops can act with impunity, that they were organized and coordinated offsite, and that the bullying was constant and vicious.
Reread that paragraph again and assume you know nothing for a moment. Here's the point. If you go no further and my allegations are true, then Daily Kos is a dead site if people find out. So Kos and his administrators have gone to the ends of the blogging earth to try and make sure no one else finds out and therefore they MUST have me discredited.
That is why I was accused of being all those sockpuppets at Daily Kos. Of course I was none but deepbottomfisher who never posted a bad comment there. See if I was doing all this sockpuppetry, then the casual reader would simply dismiss my arguments. But I wasn't doing any of it as most people now know.

The full composite was put together by me based on the works of others in my article "Exposed: Why Kos is Bad For Democrats." There, people could view hundreds of examples with real life names and quotes.
Now the only controversial thing I've decided to do is post the real names of the Kos Kops given all they've done. Note to Kos Kops - I have people helping me gather the info. Their names, home towns, occasionally addresses, and other info is fair game. The names of their family members are off limits. Children are always off limits even though Kos' Kos Kops have threatened people's children before to try and intimidate them from posting at Daily Kos.

My biggest sin is that I didn't speak up sooner. I picked up on what was going on that site by early 2008 as I got exposed to MajorFlaw which led to all the other meta. Whether I saw your situation or not specifically I can't recall but I did see some of the garbage and figured out what was going on long before Netroots Nations 2008.
I chose to be silent because I was one of the top 10 diarists there who independently broke and gathered more original stories than all of Kos' front pagers combined. I also thought, and wrongly so that I was being read by hundreds of thousands of people. In reality, it was only a few hundred and a few thousand at most.
I didn't speak up about the wrongful bannings of the Hillary supporters because I supported Obama. I didn't speak up about other people being wrongly hunted because I felt I was "safe." I spoke up when they came for me. It was a moral failing on my part to not speak out sooner. I said this more elegantly back in October, I'll restate it again.

Specifically with James he of all people should know better about bullies. In short, he should not be bullying others and maybe he can look back and realize his errors. He does have something to contribute so long as he's not acting like a Kos Kop or FSZ Kopp.
I liked Alex' comment for the most part. As each of these individuals are learning, everyone has a line. In reality, my line is far more lenient than most people's in life. I can tolerate a lot and be very forgiving. However, like Alex, if you cross that line in malice and when pushed, I became mean, VERY mean. And I guess I have that right for by and large, I'm a very nice and kind guy. I only have to be mean to a very small percentage of people in life, it takes a lot to push me. But once pushed, I'm the nastiest lion in the jungle.

Why don't more people stand up to the bullies? I think its because people see what the bullies do to to the ones who stand up. The gang will then put that person on their hair trigger list. Dealing with the bullies is like dealing with a corrupt police department. Unless another group comes along to clean up the group, the group will go on abusing people. If you point out the corruption, the corrupt just use their power to attack. They know they have the power, they know they have their bully buddies to back them up.
Until a group forms to take care of the problem group, the bullies will have their way.

Your points are all superb. Here's the problem - it is not a fair fight.
There are about 25 of them, 10-15 who are hard core. That is all they are at the site.
The people who have stood up to them over time have been hundreds of us, maybe even thousands.
If this was a fair fight and the math of the ratings system was to be determinative, we would have won the fight a long time ago and every single one of them would be banned and/or without ratings privileges.
However it is not a fair fight. The moment you are deemed too much of a threat, Barb, Laura, Jennifer, Hunter or Kos step in and change the playing field. They start banning a few people, take away privileges, etc.. Number5 was too much for them, he's gone. Right now Alec, crazyshirley, fcvaguy aren't powerful enough but if they speak out just a little more, they go next one by one. Also ekhornbeck. Flaw f**ked with him for no reason and he won't take shit. Flaw will hold back and go after him, a tougher challenge but Flaw will go after him. He'll look for comments down the road and play the bigotry card next. Then if ekhornbeck becomes too vociferous in standing up for himself, Kos will ban him too.
For example, every single HR and uprate I gave at the site I could justify by the rules. Not only that, I made it clear that if an administrator told me to remove an HR, I would ALWAYS do it. Thus there could NEVER be ratings abuse on my part. In fact I exercised that privilege with great responsibility for this very reason. But they took it away anyway showing a clear bias when I broke no rules.
When you are on the playground with other children and you tell the other child that if you don't like what I've built in the sandbox I'll take it down for you every single time but just tell me and then they decide to throw you out of the sandbox, I come to only 1 conclusion- that I am dealing with some sick MOfos who only know 1 language - the Fist to their noses. You can not negotiate in life with people like this, you simply crush them. They've lost the right to be listened to or accommodated.
