Hannity's Tax And House Scam?
This is 27 Seacrest Drive. The property is expensive. It's your big government in action. To live at 27 Seacrest Drive will cost you $41,756.81 a year in taxes. Most of it is for the excellent Cold Spring Harbor schools. There are other expenses involved too including money for "Open Spaces." You see, to live at 27 Seacrest Drive, government spends lots of money to make sure the land around you is environmentally protected. There is a huge park nearby (Caumsett) as well as plenty of wetlands which people are not allowed to build on. Thus, 27 Seacrest Drive is your big government home.
27 Seacrest Drive is also located in an exclusively residential area. To get to 27 Seacrest Drive, you have to drive at least 6 miles before you come across commercial zoning. There are no businesses out there for 27 Seacrest Drive is at the end of a one way in, one way out access road into Lloyd Harbor.
The home used to be Sean Hannity's up until 2008. He's now moved to Centre Island, about 15 minutes away in Oyster Bay. 27 Seacrest Drive is now owned by the following:
Now why would a corporation buy a home in an exclusively residential area? Hannity is involved in some questionable land deals down in Georgia and there's a pending action involving one of his corporations. Is it possible that this group bought the home on Seacrest Drive for far less than its market value and that money is being bilked or laundered through other Hannity entities as he is getting paid off elsewhere? Given that Hannity and Oliver North engaged in scam concerts which exploited our troops and stole money and laundered it through an F rated charity, don't be surprised.
Hannity was complaining in 2008 that if Obama was President, the IRS was going to retaliate against him. When I hear talk like that, I come to the conclusion that Hannity has done a whole bunch of things that the IRS should legitimately look into and that Hannity is using this to play victim ahead of time if in fact the IRS looks into this and other Hannity financial dealings.
This is only the tip of the iceberg. Antoinette will get to the bottom of it all. She always does.

Hannity is good friends with Gene Henssler, owner of this financial group. As we speak, Hannity is probably covering up his financial records so the IRS won't find anything. Anyone who helps Hannity cover up his financial records can be charged as an accessory to the crime. I would bet an Oyster Bay home that Hannity's 'so-called' friends won't take the fall for him. They have a lot more to lose.
