This week in Stalinist Daily Kos, 1189 screen names in a world of over 7 billion people, some of those screen names being the same people and others being "trolls" posted diaries at Daily Kos. Active users were identified by Daily Kos statisticians as 9,892 different screen names, again some of these screen names are duplicates. 9,892 per week is far less than the half a million a day that Kos has claimed in the past. When politicians get this truthful info, the few remaining politicians who post there will stop. The truth is here.

For every 10 solid democrats who sign up for Daily Kos, at least 5 will either be driven from the site or will leave the site within one year because they encounter individuals who remind you of everything you hate about right wing extremists. No website in America can turn people away from the Democratic Party faster or more efficiently than Daily Kos.  That's why Obama stays far away from Daily Kos after he learned firsthand about the bile and excrement in 2006.  He hasn't been back since and even designed a job application which was another way of saying, "If you've ever blogged at Daily Kos, don't even bother applying for a job in my administration."  I don't think Kos likes a single cabinet appointment of Obama's so far and Obama is a Democrat.  Obama listens to others, not the 1% Daily Kos wing of the Democratic Party.

At the head of the Daily Kos turnoff crowd is Markos Moulitsas himself.  If Markos ever gets active in Berkeley politics, he'll turn that city into a conservative city.  Moulitsas appearance on television in August of 2006 sunk Ned Lamont's campaign.  Now Moulitsas outsources his turnoff capacities to his Kostapo.  The Kostapo, with Moulitsas' support, have no problem threatening the lives of your children, threatening to send anonymous emails to your workplace, posting your real life information all over the Internet, and investigating your immediate family members.  That is why I expose them, that is partly why his site has lost 75% of its viewers since October.  Kos also permits your personal info to be discovered via his sitemeter at the bottom.

This week the Kostapo drove several more Democrats from the site. This is what they do, about the only thing they've ever done well in life considering that their usual gang of psychotic adults consists of an inner circle of a 48 year old little known attorney who appears to be a repressed homosexual with Abu Gharib fantasies, an ex chiropractor  in his 50s who admittedly lost his license for raping at least two patients, a 50 year old guy living with two dogs and his two hands in his sister's basement in San Bernandino, and a 38 year old racist asshole from Manhattan who everybody, and I mean everybody, just absolutely loathes.  These are your four senior Fuhrers supported by Herr Markos and backed up mostly by Herr Clawson, Herr BarbinMD, Herr Houle, and Herr Bruenjes.  A list of the 20-30 other little brownshirts can be found in last week's edition although be sure to include gchaucer2, Spathiphyllum, and Ahianne's sister - Runaway Rose.  Oh and don't forget that sberel is an oil executive in Texas.

With the Kostapo, some innocent people again caught in the crossfire. See they don’t understand some basic concepts of human nature so let’s help them. 1. Actions have reactions. 2. What comes around goes around. 3. For every person you mistreat at the site and drive away, you eventually create 3 more people to replace them. In other words, other Kossacks of good standing will simply take up the torch as you create your own monsters.  You underestimate your own readers, they are more independent than you realize.  And sooner or later, you Kostapo creeps are going to come across somebody who, unlike me, actually is insane.  Then you will drive them over the edge, and that person is going to take it out on you, Kos or Kos’ family. And that’s something I would not support.

Speaking of sickos, MajorFlaw (Michael Fingerit) simply confirmed this week how right I was in my final diary of October, the diary in which I chose to leave Daily Kos on my own accord. That’s the diary where I mentioned two big problems - the attacks on a child at the site and the organized efforts of the Kostapo to drive people away from the site. UGOG proved the latter to be 100% true and the original Asher diary was self evident of the former. However, MajorFlaw just wanted to prove me further right.  He was dumb enough but motivated by meanness to give me the exact evidence of going onto Daily Kos and calling a 15 year old kid a twerp and saying that he, as a 48 year old, can understand why other kids at high school don't like him.  (Anybody who understands cognitive development knows this is a cruel and damaging thing to say to a kid)  So basically MajorFlaw validates the last remaining dangling thread of my "GBCW" and validates it in such a way that Kos can't hide from it.  I'm sure he won't be banned though, because Daily Kos doesn't ban you for what you do at other sites (not true we found archives to the contrary).  Wait!! Fingerit (MajorFlaw) did these two things at Daily Kos THIS WEEK. Oh, he's still there, statute of limitations must have expired already.

Speaking of horrible people, we’ve noticed that racist asshole Michael Bouldin (MBNYC) has been silent. He’s making his "return" to the blogworld Monday. The earth is shattering, all his friends will be lined up outside his apartment.  Police estimate a crowd of 0 with a margin of error of plus or minus one.

I/P wars are heating up and the P side keeps winning, much to the chagrin of Kos. If the site gets taken over by the Ps, Kos loses his financial connections to Schumer and the site is done. If the I’s win, Kos loses about half the remaining crew. And he can’t afford that now given that 75% of his readers have left the site in the past 3 months. Remember, even in their better days, the turnover rate was 30%, a remarkable high. They can no longer replace that number.

More pictures of pooties and other crap. Of course a good way to piss off the Kostapo is to post a crappy diary so that the "better diaries" scroll off the page. If you are going to post a crappy diary, do it from 10-3 in the afternoon at the busiest time. Useless to do it late at night when few post.

Governor David Paterson, Senator Jeff Merkley, and Congressman Jim Himes are posting at Daily Kos. Any politician who posts at Daily Kos needs to be confronted about the association. Paterson was a no-name politician before becoming Governor because Spitzer resigned. If he continues posting at Daily Kos and the Republicans find a credible candidate, Paterson goes down in 2010. Dems would be wise to primary Paterson, who clearly is out of his league here. Paterson makes a big deal of "NYBri" asking him questions. NYBRI ran for NY State Senate in 2006 in a Democratic tidal wave. He lost badly. The 2008 Democratic opponent for the same seat actually did better vote wise and percentage wise. Paterson will pay the price at the polls for hanging out with Stalinist Daily Kos unless the republicans nominate Giuliani. In that case I'll vote for the lesser of two evils, which would be Paterson.

Posting to a user’s previous screen name at Daily Kos used to get you banned automatically.  In fact MajorFlaw called for me to be banned because I merely mentioned (note, didn't link) that bottles used to be voila.  It’s why cometman (who is a Stockholm Syndrome coward not dissimilar to MajorFlaw at FSZ) was wrongly banned from DailyKos. But once again Major Flaw (Fingerit) did it so now the rule is that this is permissible if the account is deemed "abandoned." Of course cometman was banned for linking to an "abandoned" account. (bottles/voila/condoleaser)  Remember also how Flaw Hred a whole bunch of people who simply mentioned that bottles was viola.  These people don’t even try to conceal their hypocrisy and double standards. And they wonder why most Democrats won’t post there?

Remember, the rules of Daily Kos are simply whatever Kos determines them to be at a given time.  That means Kos reserves the right to blatantly lie, display crass hypocrisy, apply two entirely different sets of rules depending on whether a person is part of his Kostapo or not, etc...  There are people in this world who are good liars who can subtly navigate the nuances of lying and at least pull it off.  Kos is not that subtle.  He makes it so obvious and you would think that a guy who admittedly spends 17 hours on a laptop during the day would have learned to lie better by now.

So I leave you with a more expansive version of the 30 real rules of Daily Kos.  Sadly examples of each of them have occurred.

1.  There is no actual community moderation at DailyKos.  Only Kos or designees have final say on whether a comment is permissible. 

2.  Nobody in the community other than Kos or designees can trigger an autoban of another user.  The Scoop programs does not have this feature.

3.  Any administrator has the power to ban any user for any reason or no reason at all within 30 seconds.  You do not have to violate any site rules to be banned and you may violate hundreds of site rules and not be banned.  In short, bannings are arbitrary, capricious, illogical, and intellectually dishonest.

4.  Outing members is an automatic ban and the morally reprehensible thing to do unless a Koshole does it in which case the administrator conveniently forgets to press that ban button.  

5.  The use of certain words is an automatic HR for uncivil discourse unless of course a Koshole uses said word in which case the site does not explicitly ban cursing.  In said case, said comment may be uprated.

6.  If you uprate a comment that uses certain words, that is an HR offense unless a Koshole does it. If you HR a Koshole who has done it, you have committed ratings abuse and may have your rating privileges taken away even though no one Hred you for it.

7.  All problems are to be brought to the attention of an administrator.  If your problem is with an Koshole, it will be ignored.  If a Koshole has a problem with you, the problem will be acted upon as they wish.  Welcome to Franz Kafka's world for if you complain about an koshole, you are scarlet lettered.

8.  You may comment in any diary or thread so long as it is on topic and civil. Moreover, generally speaking you should try to avoid contact with people you are having a conflict with. Thus, if a Koshole disrupts a thread with uncivil discourse with a user they are having a conflict with, this is permissible because nobody can tell them what diaries they can and can't comment on.  Likewise, if you comment civilly in a thread in response to a Koshole that you are having a conflict with, you are breaking the rules of the site and should have your ability to comment taken away.

9.  You may not reveal a person's prior screen name. This is an automatic ban.  However, if a Koshole does it, it is automatic that the person does not get banned.

10.  Past comments of any Koshole should never be used to show the hypocrisy and dishonesty of any Koshole nor justification for a troll rating. If you do this, you are playing games and setting up false frames.  This can be an HR offense in and of itself.  Of course any Koshole can drudge up any past comment of yours because context always matters.

11.  You may not uprate comments out of troll alley unless one of the Kosholes is in troll alley. (as has happened to Major Flaw 25+ times)

12.  Anyone caught sending private emails urging others to uprate or troll rate should be banned because these people need to get a life and are manipulating the system. However, it is okay for any Koshole to do just this.

13.  Anybody can post at DailyKos.  Most are liberal but even conservatives are welcome so long as they are polite.  But if the Kosholes don't like you, you are not allowed to post at Daily Kos no matter how polite you are.

14.  Personal attacks are strongly discouraged.  However, Kosholes are always allowed to engage in personal attacks.  If you point out politely that an asshole is engaging in a personal attack, you are personally attacking the koshole.  It is also okay for Kosholes to uprate comments that are personal attacks because any troll rating given to a Koshole was a TR with someone they were having a conflict with and thus the TR was inappropriate.

15.  You may make substantive criticisms of a Democratic candidate so long as Kos agrees with this substantive criticism.  Otherwise you are a troll and you may be purged from the site.

16.  You may not hide posts merely for disagreeing with the commenter. This is ratings abuse. Kosholes are exempt from this rule.

17.  You may not troll rate someone you are having an active fight with.  However, any Koshole can do just this merely because the comment deserves a troll rating not the user.  

18.  You may not give positive ratings to people having fights in the comments section unless of course you are a Koshole in which case said uprates are always appropriate because someone is picking on the Koshole.  

19.  Only Kosholes can give retaliatory troll ratings.  Anyone else who does so loses his or her ratings privileges.

20.  Daily Kos is a reality based community defined only by the surreal world of the Kosholes which is anything but reality.  Their purpose is to drive 95% of Democrats away from the site.  They are succeeding.

21.  You may not enter a diary with the primary purpose of disrupting and inciting the thread.  Kos rules state that this is the key definition of a troll and that it always warrants a HR. However, any Asshole who deliberately enters a diary with the purpose to disrupt or incite should never be Hred because they have a right to comment in any diary.

22. A Koshole may always "TR for personal attack" and then engage in worse personal attacks either minutes before or minutes after.  

23.  If you  point out that a Koshole has outed someone's real name you may be warned for "following another member around" but the Asshole will remain a member in good standing.

24.  Giving HR ratings to any Koshole is an abuse of ratings privilege. They are always unjustified even if you cite the exact rule. In fact you will be given a "TR for ratings abuse" in return which of course is not retaliatory.

25.  You should not give HR ratings to anyone you are in a personal conflict with.  However, if a Koshole gives an HR to someone they are in conflict with, this is permissible because they were just HRing the individual comment.

26.  It is always ratings abuse to HR an individual comment merely because of the user.   However any Koshole who HRs such a comment may do so for he or she is Hring "in context" of the history of the user.  

27.  Not all viewpoints, even if shared by the majority of elected Democrats, may be discussed at DailyKos.  The rule that you may discuss any issue related to Democrats so long as you do so civilly and politely does not apply in this case because it does not apply in this case.

28.  Nothing you post at another site shall be cause to ban you from posting at DailyKos.  However, if a Kostapo administrator does not like what you are posting at another site, you may be banned.

29.  There is a statute of limitations to some offenses at DailyKos.  Thus, any Kostapo member who commited an offense that is an automatic ban can not be banned if the offense was 4 months ago as that was past the statute of limitations.  However, you may be banned for an unsupported offense that is far less serious if that occurred 8 months ago.  That is within the statute of limitations.

30.  It is okay if Kos or one of his Kostapo outs your personal information, attacks a user's family members, suggests sodomizing or electroshocking commenters they disagree with, or engaging in the most vicious forms of cyberbullying in Internet history.  But it is not okay to disagree with Kos.
