This is way over the line. Again he's attacking the kid who is now 15. Here is what a 48 year old man and attorney of 23 years says to a kid.

He's 15 asshole. Go Fingerit. (Notice the jerks who recommend him, Lloyd the admitted groper, trash the wanna be sodomizer and the deranged browneyes with more mental problems than the avg Creedmoorian.

Kos owns this crap. Flaw deliberately made it clear that he was going to harass this kid AT DAILY KOS and did.
I don't know what the kid wrote, maybe it was a lousy diary, maybe what he said merited criticism.
What is far more outrageous is when a 48 year old adult goes onto the Internet and starts telling a 15 year old kid the equivalent of "Na Na Na you have no friends and oh by the way you deserve to have no friends." Few 15 yr olds are cognitively developed to the point to handle such kind of abuse, even online abuse, from an adult.
This comment itself, by any user, for the first time, should have gotten the user banned. Considering the culprit, this is about the 20,000th rule broken. If something happened to this kid and I was a relative, I wouldn't want to be Markos and I wouldn't want to be MajorFlaw (Fingerit)

majorflaw has escalated his mental torture techniques and increasingly as he hunts for new victims begins to scrape the bottom of the barrel. I don't mean to suggest that this kid is the bottom of the barrel but only that he is way down on the list as a troll or a victim to be as majorflaw hunts for more kills he is finding good victims increasingly rare.
But what majorflaw does is a metaphor for torture. Children often identify with the aggressor (capos in the camps) especially teens. We can predict that this kid will learn how to victimize others more effectively from majorflaw's sadism. Whether he acts on that learning is his existential choice.
How far is it to physical torture? How many degrees of cruel does it take to get low level military to carry out torture on inmates? Majorflaw has his cohorts that sometimes get caught and banned (remember the ones jailed for torture were enlisted low totem pole ones) and are being trained to learn how to do it. How big a step from mental to physical? Would you want visits from these progressive left dems to come for you in the middle of the night?

While what MajorFlaw did here is legally not emotional abuse, it is cyberbullying in the worst of forms. 15 year old kids view things such as having friends often in terms of life and death. Being liked, their self esteem, is everything and one adult, one teacher, can seriously put a dent in it.
For a 48 year old individual to tell a 15 year old that you have no friends and he can see why is one of the cruelest things I've ever seen posted on a website.
Obviously MajorFlaw has no kids, probably has no siblings, and probably has never worked with kids in his life. Either that and/or he is seriously mentally ill for those ocmments.
NO matter what Asher wrote in that diary, however wrong it might have been, there is no excuse for what Flaw did. Now Kos is aware of it and thus owns it. Anybody who made comments like that at my website would be banned on the spot, their IP blocked permanently. I think the same would be true at 99% of all other websites. Daily Kos seems to be the exception.
