A TOAST TO JACK!!!!
Having slept on it I realize that Jack wrote things up in such a way tha he was doing me a huge favor on several fronts. He provided revelations we haven't had since UGOG. So today I toast Jack for a job well done.
First Jack's known for a long time that I wanted no part of the site and I wish I could retract a couple of things I posted there. Well, Jack did that for me. I have the good stuff here and can focus on bigger issues. The meta brought people here, the content will keep people here. My average articles are better than their best articles.
Second, Jack knows I outed no one at his site other than my role in reposting the bottles story. He brought up my big expose but I never posted it there at his site. So he gave me the easiest rebuttal point possible. Too easy on purpose.
Third, Jack admits that he has very personal information about 6 of the Kos Kops that would destroy MajorFlaw if released. So how bad is this information? Who among his Kos Kops did Flaw sell out? This is so Karl Rove. Kos and Flaw find people to do their troll hunting who have tainted pasts because these people are the easiest people in life to control and get you to do anything. So you hold the info over them. Given that Kos and the administrators are well aware of what these Kos Kops are doing, Kos has some explaining to do. Of course he won't, he's a gatekeeper, he'll simply starve the oxygen and have others label the crashers as crazy.
Four, Jack admits the Kos Kops threatened cometman's infant kid. That's a scummy thing to do. I read John Grisham's novel, "A Time To Kill." I know who the protagonists are in that novel. I doubt cometman could ever figure that out.
Five, Jack gets it right with his truce. If they leave people alone, they get left alone but if they step out of line, you go nuclear on them. The same deal will work for me. Again I will remove all real life info on this website about all Kos Kops if they do the same. Given that I saw Flaw remove 2 posts in January I started scrubbing the comments and went through half.
Six, Reminder, I left (yes I left on my own) DailyKos for two main reasons - because of the outing of personal info and permitting attacks on children. I learned Kos supported this. The only thing I didn't know is that he supports it more than I thought. You are scum Kos, pure scum. How would you like it Kos if somebody did that to your kids and put info like that on certain websites? You are scum Kos, pure scum.
Seven, Jack shows cometman to be an utter coward. Instead of being mad at the person threatening his kid, he decided to direct his anger at the common enemy of the one making the threats. There are few kinds of people on the planet more pathetic than this.
Eight the goal of Flaw is to shut me up because I was effective and got more results than all the zoners there combined. I've gotten the story out there about the Kos Kops and Daily Kos and now Jack hands me this gift.
Nine, Let me go on record by saying that I have no allegiance to the worst elements of the old peeder crowd which have now congregated to make the worst elements of the zone crowd. Some of these people were banned from DailyKos because they actually deserved to be banned and broke the stated rules. It's a group made up of many assholes who are simply assholes in life, the likes of cometman and Pager to name two.
Ten ethics trumps my emotions. If Flaw and the Kos Kops now believe that real life info shouldn't be posted or reposted, regardless of why they now think that, then I'll do my part provided they are doing theirs. See my motives are far different. But I am a fan of the mentality of Mitch Rapp and the Travolta character in Swordfish because Kos and his Kos Kops only know one language.

Jack seems like a nice enough kid, but he does seem to live in an ongoing drama that takes place entirely in his own head. And it was amusing to see his childlike pride in having negotiated a "truce" with "big-shot lawyer" MajorFlaw.
It seems strange that you've become the target of cometman's and hamburglar's anger at having their PI spread around. Wasn't it you who brought to light in the first place that MF and his buddies were discussing those guys' PI with an eye to harming them in real life? At any rate, you can bet your bottom dollar that MF and his friends are still discussing that PI and still thinking of ways to use it to fuck with them--only they're now doing that by email and IM, not on the UGOG site. So I'm not sure how this "truce" is going to protect anyone: I think it's just one of Jack's Walter Mitty/Billy Liar fantasies.

Jack is in way over his head. He may be a good kid (or may not) but he's still a kid. He doesn't know enough, hasn't been around the block enough to see the big picture. He may have such info, he may be bluffing but he's a coward nonetheless.
He is claiming the Kos Kops threatened cometman's kid (only a few months old) and dug up information on a relative of Jack's.
Cometman and hamburger begged months ago for Flaw to stop. They sent massive private communicados (I've only sent one, I say I'll remove real life info if they do) and said how they were done with the meta, etc... Yet the Kos Kops kept investigating.
ONly when someone came along and made it clear (and wasn't bluffing) that the behavior of these Kos Kops, adm. and Kos himself was so vile and that the names and locations of these people should be known by the public did the tune change. when Flaw's name got released, Kos sent him a subtle message of support at DailyKos to keep doing what he was doing within 24 hours.

The reason why cometman and burglar targeted me is because they are hollow cowards. They saw me as an opportunity (or "patsy" in Jack's word) to get the bully off their back. It mattered not one iota what harm the bully intended. To me that's unforgivable.
People like cometman and hamburglar are like those silent Germans who nod their heads when the SS kills the family next door but worse. They are the ones who provide the information only to make themselves feel safer. Then they don't understand in the end that they end up slaughtered because people like that will be despised equally by all sides.

The lies and hypocrisy.
I actually agree with Jack on this - the way to deal with the Kos kops is simple - leave me alone I leave you alone, F**k with me, I'll f**k back ten times as hard but I won't mess with you first. I can handle either way, Jack can't.
First, other than reposting the bottles story AFter bottles and flaw admitted to outing RL info of me, I didn't post their real life info. The big expose on who MajorFlaw was?
I never posted that at Jack's site so for him to site that shows him to be a liar or someone with a bad memory. Moreover, he claims he's against outings but had no problem when hamburger crossed the line. I did forgive the burger though and I give him the benefit of a 1 time mistake.
Jack also made himself out to be holier than thou, against outings under all circumstances yet he threatens massive outings on a nuclear scale if his truce is broken. I agree with him that he should do it but the hypocrisy is troubling.
I do hope these people stop. I do hope I wake up Monday morning and find that Flaw has taken down all the real life info from ugog. If he's done that, I take down his stuff, condo's stuff, trash's stuff, or everyone but MBNYC.
On principle, I took down a couple of links to MBNYC's name and all he has to do is remove one unauthorized photo that nobody would know where to find even at this point. But it's the principle. He takes it down, I remove his first and last name from all comments and stories. I check Monday morning.
As for DailyKos, they are most to blame, especially Kos, Barb, MissLaura, Scoutfinch, etc... It is their job, by Monday morning to remove
1) The picture that Eddie C put up of me after I left the site (by rule this is an outing)
2. my initials that Flaw posted there (again they know the date and initials)
3. the link to randgrithr (the mere fact that someone posts something obscure months earlier and they link to it is still an outing. Flaw knows this given that the rules at DU make this very clear.)
4. All RL info posted by them about others but I'll settle for the first 3.
I will check back MOnday morning on all 3 fronts. Those who comply will see me remove all RL info I've posted here about them with the understanding I won't every post such here or anywhere in the future provided they don't do the same. Those who don't, I reinsert the old info I took down and add the next batch of data.

I have a feeling SA what will be when Monday comes around. If I'm surprised, great.
Kos and the Kos Kops want my voice silenced because what I had to say triggered the departure of more people from that site than any other former user before. All I have to do is tell the story despite their attempts to demonize and be smear merchants. I just tell the facts matter of factly, cite the quotes matter of factly, and move on. When that's done, Kos hemorrhages more.
What disturbed me at first is how some of the former banned users actually have the mentality of the Kos kops. But interestingly enough, it's only a small portion of the ones who stay involved in meta. Not a single person on that long list who didn't participate in meta criticized. Several of them, and these were first time communications, wrote to me to thank me for what I did. About half the people left FSZ because these assholes took over that site. Let's see how the people of "principle" who are left respond given the contents (brilliant I might add) of Jack's truce. (I say brilliant because he pointed out 2 more devastating actions of the Kostapo and inadvertently shows me to be the good guy.)

It sure has but we finally did it. The factual info on Kos remains.
Now all of a sudden they don't like real life info getting out there. We'll see how serious they are. Keep in mind that the only reason why real life info about Kos, certain adm., and the Kos Kops is fair game to me is because they've done it to so many others. Notwithstanding such, I've offered to take down all real life info on my blog next week about all of them provided they've done the same by next Monday. Moreover, I already deleted many such instances of such.
We'll see how serious they are.
Flaw tried back in october and november to have jack get me off the site. That's why I put my really good stuff here. They wanted me off because I did put the daylight on them and because I have enough of a profile and enough of a good reputation and enough ties to them where the credibility of the facts increase coming from someone whose name was once fairly closely associated to Kos. The only people who can take down Kos are Kos and other Democrats. Fortunately, he has no control over the Democratic Party although he'd love complete control.
