Burris Should Be Seated

This is a no brainer. The governor of Illinois appoints the replacement for the Senate. The replacement must meet certain criteria, Mr. Burris meets that criteria.  There is no exception for "Governor accept one accused of wrongdoing."  Blogevich is still the Governor, he's been accused of wrongdoing, the accusations will probably turn out true but under the rule of law, Mr. Burris should be seated.  Harry Reid and other Senators have no legitimate grounds to challenge this.
