This Week In Daily Kos
This week 1232 screen names posted diaries at Daily Kos and 7,688 people posted a comment, including some who wrote diaries. So called Active Kos has been calculated at 10,537 people or about the number of people to be found in one crowded mall at any given moment.
Of the 10,537 so called Kossacks, many of them are the same person multiple times over, enemies of Markos Moulitsas, or right wing republican operatives having a little fun. Then again Markos doesn't really have any friends in life. This was a quote from the New York Times in Markos own words.

Now of course Markos doesn't really have friends today, as he is despised by most Democrats, from Obama to Howard Dean staffers, from progressives all across the blogosphere, to just about anybody not part of his cult of a few dozen people.

Alexa rankings sunk to a weekly average of about 8500 including flirtations with below 10,000. I keep highlighting these numbers and Jotter's statistics because once people realize that the site gets fewer than 1 percent of 1 percent of all Americans to even read it, then the few remaining politicians who think catering to it is important goes out the window since they are operating under the false premise that the site has millions of users, not the 10,000 or so weekly users it actually has.
The Daily Kooks decided that anybody who disagrees with them is a racist, a homophobe, or whatever other name or perjorative they could come up with. They are angry and upset that they keep pounding on their keyboards and nobody is taking them seriously and nobody is listening to their demands.
Kos continues to bash Caroline Kennedy, an amazing woman who actually has done 1000000 more to help progressives in the real world than Kos will ever do. Kos is pissed that he can't buy her off and that whoever now runs in 2010 won't grovel to him to pay him for payola.
Turnoff troll Dana Houle, hated by most Daily Kos users, and everybody else, managed to irritate several dozen more Kossacks with his comments on the Michael Fingerit (majorflaw) got reinforcement from Kos himself to continue being a Kos Kop and drive people from the site. Drama Queen Michael Bouldin's melt downs are all over the place, trashablanca likes calling people who weigh 200 pounds less than him fat and ugly, bottles has been quiet, and PaintyKat is as self righteous as always. Oh and Browneyes/meg the sockpuppet has returned, phony as ever. And if anybody wants to feel great looking in the mirror, check out pictures of clonecone and elise. I feel like Brad Pitt.
Some thoughtful users like Lava20 and JeffLieber are trying to save the sinking ship from their own self destruction only to get shot down by the bigwigs but supported by most of the regular users. Even Laura Clawson (MissLaura) chimed in in most obnoxious and effete fashion on the 17th. Guess her 10 cats were in another room as she sat by the computer, unable to get any kind of man in a city where men far outnumber women.
The word "fuck" was used 3,186 at Daily Kos the past 7 days, not including other forms of the word or asterisks or alternative spellings. The word "asshole" came in at 662 times.
Remember, Kos can't make money if Obama and Democrats in Congress do a good job. How can he have "primaries" and fake outrage? Remember, with Markos Moulitsas, follow the money.

What they are doing today to "Immigrant Punk" is utterly disgusting and classic bullying. And it's ________________, aka MajorFlaw, leading the bullying. You have permanently been disgraced and discredited _____________ and yet you will keep bullying others.
A more mature reaction would be to let it go, to cut the guy some slack, to say he's just angry and having a bad day, and try to encourage him (or her.)
But that's not the Kostapo. They are piling on and they'll lose the user one way or another. Sick.
