INTRODUCTION

Imagine if you went to a reporter and told him or her that there is a so called liberal website named Daily Kos that has become the online version of the TV show Survivor, a Kafka novel, an Orwell novel, a Huxley novel, and Cyber Lord of the Flies?

Imagine further that they set up these so called rules but these rules were a farce and that the only rule at Daily Kos is that people that are paying money for access or are part of Kos' clique can basically do as they please while others who do follow the rules of the site but aren't part of the clique or payola are systematically driven off the site no matter how much of a Democrat they are?

Imagine if Markos Moulitsas openly endorsed a clique of people called Kos Kops who actually spend several hours a day reading and monitoring every comment at Daily Kos and then engaging in egregious online bullying?

Imagine further that these Kos Kops spend much of their time gather real life information about users that they personally dislike and they leak that information on the Internet? Imagine further threats against people's families, jobs, and livelihoods solely because of comments they make on a blog? And that these comments were being made by an attorney with 22 years experience?

No need to imagine. This is reality. Good luck and good night. Some of what you are going to read will make you nauseous.

WHAT MAJOR FLAW - MICHAEL J FINGERIT HAS DONE

Based on nearly 500 pages of comments from this own website as well as his comments at Daily Kos and in a couple of emails that are included in this packet from his email address. Here is an interpretative summary of what ______ has done. It speaks for itself.

1. As user Major Flaw at Daily Kos, he outed the real life personal information of five different users that he was having disagreements with.

2. As user Major Flaw at Daily Kos, he threatened to have someone thrown in jail if this person exposed the fact that Major Flaw's sidekick at Daily Kos, a usser named condoleaser/bottles, sent an email threatening a person's employment which was forwarded to Major Flaw by bottles. He represented himself in the capacity of an attorney when making these threats against this user.

3. As user Major Flaw at Daily Kos, he coordinated efforts to anonymously send emails to a user's employer to try and get him fired. He and/or his sidekick posted the name of his employer at Daily Kos.

4. As user Major Flaw at Daily Kos, he linked to the real name of a woman he had an onlnie dispute with at Daily Kos and even referenced her neighborhood down to a one block radius.

5. As user UGOG, he threatened to kick the ass of a man if said man thought of reinitiating a lawsuit against a client of his.

6. As user Major Flaw at Daily Kos, he set up a secret web site never meant to be found called UGOG or Usual Group of Grownups. (Ugog.soapblox.net) At this site, he coordinated his intimidation and harassment activities in which he revealed his strategy as to how he would deny everything if this became public, how he was going to attack users at Daily Kos, his investigations of people's real life information, and his desire to inflict harm on those he perceived as his enemy.

7. As user UGOG, he supported the idea of having a Daily Kos user whom he had disagreements with sodomized.

8. As user UGO, he supported the idea of having a Daily Kos user whom he had disagreements with electroshocked.

9. As user UGOG, he posted the names of a man's children, parents, and siblings on the Internet as well as his date of birth without permission.

10. As user Major Flaw and as user UGOG, he would often use his sidekick "bottles" to try and threaten people into being quiet. The threats would consist at times, as it did with a former Daily Kos user, of references to his wife and children. Given that bottles/voila/condoleaser had previously admitted in legal papers to certain kinds of behavior (Google "Who Is Condoleaser") which led to the loss of his license to be a chiropractor, the threats were orchestrated by him with the apparent implied threat taht if you don't shut up, then bottles may come and do to your wife and children what he apparently has done to others in his "un-medicated" past.

11. As user Major Flaw and as user UGOG ,he created a sophisticated, detailed, and elaborate scheme whereby he and a bunch of Daily Kos users would become the all time cyver-bullies and use the troll rating system at Daily Kos to drive thousands of solid Democrats away from the site, intimidate other members and harass other members.

12. As user UGOG, he linked to information about a user's father and his father's workplace.

13. As user UGOG, he stated that if a former Daily Kos user showed up at Netroots Nation, he might go to put his foot in this user's face.

14. As user UGOG, he talked about how he was going to do some "advertising" on behalf of a lawyer he was having an online dispute with. Unsolicited advertising is a big no-no.

 

WHO IS MAJOR FLAW

His name is Michael J Fingerit. He is a lawyer with 22 years experience. He graduated from Hofstra.

WHY THIS MATTERS

Michael created what was meant to be an unknown website called ugog.soapblox.net. Included herein are 11+ pages of his comments from nearly 500 pages of vomit that comes from those pages. His website and own words reveal in my opinion a very ugly and dark side to this man. Below are the exact quotes of what Michael has stated either as User MajorFlaw at Daily Kos or as User Ugog at his own website. Verification of exact quotes or behavior can be found by using the additional sources at the end or reviewing the pages of his comments included herein. There is also a threatening email that he sent that the recipients of said email published elsewhere on the Internet. For privacy purposes I have redacted the names of all innocent people and would ask that others respect their privacy. The issue here is Fingerit, you've never seen anything quite like this.

Fingerit outed himself with the material he posted at UGOG. All one had to do was follow the info he provided. Given the complexity of issues raised by the writing of the article the question is raised: When is outing and/or further revealing the identity of an online user appropriate? To me the answer is almost never. However, there are exceptions. Those exceptions are:

A) When revealing a real name will prevent further serious harm to others;
B) When someone goes after children;
C) When someone is a political operative or politician and doesn’t reveal it when commenting on electoral races that affect the person they work for;
D) When someone maliciously reveals online personal information about you.

This was his response 3 days ago upon impending knowledge of the inveitable. It seems like a threat to people who blog at any site that I might also blog at. See for yourself:

This is part of Michael’s strategy of trying to control thoughts at Daily Kos. Nothing illegal but this is how he spends his spare time. He spent countless hours developing his system of Thought Police.

One of the things we could do here is a donut bank. This comment by Michael is in reference to one of his online enemies who just fathered a child. It’s a way for Michael to communicate with "Bottles" to use children as a threat given that user condo lost his license to be a chiropractor in Colorado for admittedly abusing two female patients. This won’t be the first nor late time Michael has researched every family member of users he does not like and then provided that information online.

This is Michael bragging online about his association with BAMRA. There are several troubling aspects to this comment. Most notable is the revealing of this info and the threats against Charlie with the intent of trying to discourage him from bringing forward litigation. Michael also did this in email to (USER C) by threatening to have him thrown in jail if he revealed an email that was sent to him by his sidekick Bottles.

Something about this really pissed me off so I made an offer to the board: Let me try this case (meaning no offer of settlement ever) and I'll do it for free. They agreed.

    To celebrate the exceptional racing championship, Blancpain has created a Super Trofeo Chronograph watch with the flyback function. The timepiece, with a powerful sporty appeal, inspired by the ardent character and taut, sophisticated lines of the Lamborghini car, will be available in a limited edition of 300 pieces. It was unveiled at Baselworld 2009.

    The case of the Super Trofeo Chronograph reflects the sleek profile of the Lamborghini Gallardo. It measures 43.5 mm in diameter and is sculptured in steel and provided with a DLC-treatment. The case construction is 100-metre water-resistant and demonstrates alternating satin-brushed and polished surfaces. The case-back is engraved with an individual number of the watch.

    As watches.infoniac.com found out, DLC treatment is highly appreciated for its hardness, its anti-allergenic properties, and remarkably intense color.
