This week 1081 Kogs posted 1616 diaries of which 1557 were recommended at least once by a cadre of 7308 recommending readers and viewed by 16216; 846 diaries were recommended by 10 or more readers, 326 by 30 or more, and 109 by 100 or more.  Commenters (7457) visited 1598 diaries; 1075 had 10 or more commenters, 375 had 30 or more, and 73 had 100 or more.

3 Million people in America is one percent.  (.01)  30,000 people in America is 1 percent of 1 percent.  (.0001)

10,236 people?  That's 1/3 of 1 percent of 1 percent.

Daily Kos is hated by most Democrats because most of us understand how the site is run and the nature of the person running it.  With 1/3 of 1 percent of 1 percent, it may be time to say that Daily Kos is dead. It certainly appears buried on the ashheap of history.
