A slow and steady death to what could have been a great site but now is nothing more than a Stalinist clique led by Herr Markos, his Kostapo, and shrilling wingnuts who are basically ignored by serious Democrats (progressive, moderate, and liberal) as well as Barack Obama, who is one of tens of thousands of real and better Democrats who have left the site. It is clear that most people recognize that DailyKos is the best chance Republicans have of recapturing power and we as Democrats are being wise to throw these pieces of excrement down the toilet and distance ourselves from these hate mongers and lunatics that run DailyKos.

This week 1085 Kogs posted 1579 diaries of which 1522 were recommended at least once by a cadre of 7652 recommending readers and viewed by 17035; 828 diaries were recommended by 10 or more readers, 331 by 30 or more, and 90 by 100 or more.  Commenters (7848) visited 1567 diaries; 1133 had 10 or more commenters, 411 had 30 or more, and 73 had 100 or more.
