This is what it means to help elect Democrats. I wrote most of this back on September 3, 2008. I vetted Palin.
- Palin was an incompetent Mayor. As Mayor of Wasilla, Palin incurred a 20 million dollar debt in just 6 years or $3,000 per resident. (DFQ1, BB29)
- Make no mistake that Sarah Palin is Big Oil. As the Executive Director of the Sierra Club said, "No one is closer to the the oil industry than Governo Palin."
- Palin signed into law the largest spending budget in Alaska history, over 6.6 billion dollars in June of 2007.
- Palin is involved in Troopergate. (DFQ3) She's now lawyered up.
- Palin is a typical corrupt Alaska Republican. Tubes and Young campaigned for her in 2006. (DFQ 4)
- Palin is the queen of Pork. After hiring a corrupt Stevens lobbyist, she got 26.9 million in earmarks for Wasilla. Despite a budget of about 5 million, she managed to turn a city with no debt into one with 20 million dollars worth of debt in 6 years despite the earmarks.
- Palin called Hillary Clinton a whiner. (DFQ6, BB 17)

- Palin recently told Larry Kudlow that she doesn't know what a Vice President does. (DFQ 8, BB10)
- Palin is aligned with a pastor who thinks terrorist attacks against Jews is because of Jews unbelief in Gods. This isn't a case where a pastor said something when you weren't in church that day. Palin sat there two weeks ago.
- Palin was part of the Alaska Independence Party, better known as "F*** America." Palin attended their convention in 1994 and 2000 and her husband Todd is a fanatical supporter.
- Class warfare Palin increased taxes on food while cutting taxes for corporations.
- Palin wants to kill off the polar bears by taking them off the endangered species list. (DFQ 13, BB3)
- Palin is a global warming denier. (DFQ 14)
- Sarah Palin said that she would force her then 14 year old daughter to carry a fetus to term even if her own daughter was raped. (Again it's Sarah Palin who plays politics with her own daughter.)
- Palin supported the Bridge to Nowhere. (DFQ 16, BB13)
- Palin wants to jail doctors who perform abortions. (DFQ 17)
- Palin wants to outlaw abortion in cases of rape or incest. (DFQ 17)
- Palin may be the only politician in America who encourages drunk driving. Part of why she fired the local police chief was because he was cracking down on drunk drivers and some of Sarah's campaign contributors didn't like this. While this isn't relevant, ToddPalin was arrested 22 years ago for drunk driving.
- Palin or someone on her behalf apparently scrubbed her Wikipedia page less than 24 hours later. (DFQ 19, BB21)
- Palin has violent Dominionist assocations. (DFQ20, BB27)
- Palin is part of the Mat Maidscandal in which millions of dollars of assets were given away to her cronies.
- She owns 3 homes. She's not poor. (DFQ 22, BB15)
- Palin is linked to disgraced lobbyist friends of Jack Abramoff. (BB1)
- Palin claimed as late as 2007 that she really hasn't focused on the Iraq war.
- Palin was opposed to pollution control. (BB2)
- Palin favors abstinence only sex education in public schools. (BB4)
- Palin opposes universal health care coverage. (BB8)
- Palin is against stem cell research. (BB8)
- Palin didn't have a passport until last year. (BB9)
- Thinks she has foreign policy experience b/c Alaska is near Russia. (BB9)
- McCain met her only once before prior to selecting her. (BB 12)
- Says she would force her own daughter to have a rapist's child. (BB14)
- Connected to Veco a/k/a company associated with Stevens scandal. (BB16 via Terre)
- Karl Rove, when speaking of Virginia Governor Kaine said that 3 years experience as Governor made him inexperienced. Palin has 15 months. (BB20)

- Palin participated in an attack against a fellow Republican laughing that she had cancer and calling her a b*tch. (BB25)

- Palin wants Creationism taught in public school Science classes (DFQ 12, BB6)
- Why is Wasilla in debt? Perhaps because Palin cared more about redecorating her office and remodeling the building than she did about citizen services.
- Palin slashed funding for teen pregnancies by more than 20%.
- Palin ridiculed fellow Republican Lyda Green about her cancer, her weight, and laughed when Lyda was called "a b*tch."
- Palin asked her congregration to pray for a 30 billion dollar pipeline equating the pipeline with God's will.
- Todd Palin is Big Oil with a cushy job. (DFQ 10)
- Palin accepted $4500 in corrupt Ted Stevens money in her failed bid for lieutenant governor in 2002.
- Sarah Palin seemingly hates the American flag. Both Palins were members of the AIP a group that referred to the American flag as "the damn flag."
- Palin has misused government powers in a scandal I've termed Eminent Domain Gate (DFQ 21)
- As a prelude to Troopergate, Palin fired the local police chief of Wasilla simply because he supported another Republican in the primary.
- Palin was thrusted upon McCain by radical extremist Rush Limbaugh. (DFQ 18)
- McCain campaign acknowledges that a team on the ground to vet Sarah Palin did not arrive in Alaska until last Thursday, less than 24 hours before she was rolled out in Dayton.
- It is being reported that Sarah Palin tried to force her own daughter to get married against her will for political purposes. (Note, this is about Sarah Palin ONLY for the jerks in the media.)
- While it may be considered piling on by some, I certainly question Sarah Palin's judgment to fly to Texas while 8.5 months pregnant, have your water break in Texas, then fly 11 hours back to Anchorage, drive 45 minutes to a local hospital when a better one is nearby and give birth at the Mat Su facility. Then again, the hospital does not list anyone named Trig or any Sarah Palin giving birth to a child at its hospital at the time in question. However I will refrain from further speculation and limit this to merely 1 issue on this list.
- Sarah Palin doesn't know the difference between troops deployed and deployment.
- In her ignorance Palin violated operational security regarding troops being sent to Iraq.
- Sarah Palin sought health care policies that shifted risk and cost to the patient.

- Palin was opposed to basic mine safety precautions. (BB2)
- She vetoed wind power legislation. (DFQ2)
- Carwashgate. The Palins refused to support their stake and fill out the necessary corporate forms.
- Palin lied to her children about why they were going to Dayton, claiming it was to celebrate an anniversary.
- Palin seeks to drill in ANWR which would have dire economic and environmental consequences.
- Even stalwart Republicans like Peggy Noonan and Mike Murphy have called the Palin pick cynical.
- Sarah Palin claims foreign policy experience includes going to Ireland. She merely stopped over there to refuel.
- Sarah Palin is a middle class tax increaser. (DFQ 11)
- Palin raised local sales taxes in Wasilla in order to pay for a sports complex.
- Palin cut funding for her city's museum.
- Palin opposed expansion of her town's library.
- She vetoed clean coal legislation. (DFQ2)
- She mocked the job as Wasilla as mayor, claiming that it was not exactly rocket science.
