I'll Tell You How To Have 60 Democratic Senators

This is very easy.

There are over 550,000 people living in the District of Columbia.  There are more residents here than in a state like Wyoming.  However, the citizens of DoC do not have the same rights as other citizens.  They do not get to elect a Senator.

There is no rational or logical reason to deny suffrage to these citizens.  Any opposition would be either racist and/or blatantly political.

The District of Columbia should be the 51st state.  I believe a simple act of Congress will do given the language of the Constitution.  With Democrats clearly in charge of both houses of Congress, passing such legislation should be a piece of cake.  Alternatively, making this the 28th Amendment would work as well.
