A 34 year old Walmart worker died after over 200 people stampeded the doors this morning at 5 a.m and stomped on the clerk at a Walmart in Valley Stream, Long Island.  A 28 year old pregnant woman was also knocked to the ground and hospitalized.   

This reminds me of the Kitty Genovese horror where dozens of uncaring people have no regard for what is going on around them as if they are clueless and without conscience on a regular basis.

Valley Stream, Long Island is an ultra conservative cesspool and one of the towns on Long Island which epitomizes the three kinds of conservative bigots I've highlighted in earlier writings.  The town on Southern Long Island has been home to some notorious murderers in the past.
